Madelyn Corinne Crossley: 5 months

Madelyn Corinne Crossley was born on April 8, 2013.
This was taken a few days after she was born with a small giraffe stuffed animal as a comparison.
This one was taken 5 months later.

These other pictures are to show off that bright smile she flashes at us all the time (including the middle of the night when I go in to check on her- she doesn't cry, just coos and then smiles when I get there).

As a side note, she's not clapping her hands here. But I love that it looks like she is.

7 months

Here are a few things that have happened in the last 7 months...

It was so fun to have family here over the summer. This is the kids version of Tower of Terror.

When you walk into your bathroom and this is on the counter, you know you have six sisters.

LOTS of races...

The beginning of school.

 Many apples

Another engagement

And a beautiful fall

Braces

I realized that many of you hadn't seen my braces yet, so here it is;

Before...
After...

M & M's

There have been many M&M's in our family recently...
Jared got asked to sweethearts (the 2nd time) with a bag full of M&M's
that had the name inside one.
Nikki and Landon gave us some M&M's (and now owe us ice cream!)

So, for the past few months our house seems to be full of M&M's!

Captain America

There was a Girl's Pref. Dance at Bingham in January. Natalie Bagley asked Jared. Each couple was supposed to dress up as some famous couple. Jared and Natalie shows Captain America and Agent Carter. (due to having people tell Jared he looked like Captain America.)

For all the Teachers & Students among us

The Leonardo

These are all the things our family did over Christmas break. Sorry, it is kind of late.

The Allison's Mom, Dad, Nikki, Jared, and Katie went to the Leonardo museum.

We all enjoyed playing games.

Caught!

It looks like we're going to need to baby-proof this house. SOON. This kid keeps us on our toes. Not even able to crawl yet, and he's getting into trouble. Here's just a few of the things we've caught him doing in the last week.

Getting into the toy basket

Opening the cord cupboards.
Then trying to hide.
And my favorite one of all. We turned our backs for just a second while cleaning up breakfast...

He wasn't very appreciative of us taking the syrup bottle away from him.
I've got a feeling this is only the beginning.
